Cook + Phillip Swim Club

The annual general meeting of the Cook +Phillip Swim Club is to be held on Friday, 28th of October 2005 at 5.45 pm. Venue is the office of John Konrads located adjacent to the basketball courts at the Cook +Phillip Centre. An agenda will be issued on Friday 21st of October to all members once nominations for office bearers for the 2005 / 2006 year have been finalised. Prior to this date all members of the club are invited to submit items for inclusion in the agenda and these should be addressed to the Secretary.

Under the clubs constitution all office bearers need to be re-elected every year by the financial members of the club who attend the AGM. Accordingly nominations are hereby called for the following positions for the 2005 / 2006 year:

President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
Committee Members x 3
Honorary Auditor

Nominations must be made in writing (including email) to the Secretary and must be received by 5pm on Wednesday 19th October 2005. Nominations can only be made by and of financial members of the Cook +Philip Swim Club and all nominations should be addressed to:
